To reduce leaking after using your carpet cleaner, we recommend putting the unit in the upright position and waiting about 5 seconds before turning it off. This will allow the water you just sucked up to finish traveling to the dirty water tank, reducing any potential leaking.

To avoid damage to wood and laminate flooring, and to prevent slip hazards, do not leave the product on these surfaces after use. Instead, move it to a hard surface and place it on an absorbent material, such as a towel, to soak up any drips.
